Kampala, Uganda -- March 11, 2021 -- Uganics announced today that Ronald Bataringaya has been appointed as the company's first Executive Director in Uganda. Ronald will be responsible for leading Uganics's team and driving business development for the company. He will partner closely with Joan Nalubega, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Uganics Repellents.
Ronald is a well recognized leader with of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and sales and will capitalize on this wealth of experience to drive growth at Uganics.

Ronald has held leadership positions at several companies within the health sector in East Africa such as GlaxoSmithKline. As an experienced, passionate, strategic and analytical thinker well acquainted with pharmaceutical marketing and FMCG's, he was most recently the Head of Sales, Marketing KPI & Export Markets at Kampala Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd where he worked to drive business development via sales and marketing.
